Silver Sound Meditation

Sylvie Preston is a lifelong meditator and sound facilitator whose Manhattan-based studio is located in the art-filled Chelsea neighborhood. With a background in the performing arts, art advising and local politics, Sylvie shifted focus to sound + meditation after being diagnosed with an aggressive type of pre-cancer in her left breast in 2021. Her healing journey took her into the darkest corners of her unconscious mind and back out again into the loving light of day. She is an empathetic and practical guide into the meditation space that exists within us all, and she looks forward to working with you.
